- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup crab meat
- 4 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- oil for frying
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, turkey bacon, green onions, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce until well blended.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Moisten the edges with water and fold to seal tightly.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the filled wontons until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
Notes
- For a lighter version, consider baking instead of frying.
- Serve with sweet and sour sauce or soy sauce for dipping.
