- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup cooked crab meat
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 1 green onion, chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Push the garlic to the side, add the beaten eggs, and scramble until cooked.
- Add cooked rice and stir well to combine with eggs and garlic.
- Mix in crab meat, soy sauce, and frozen peas and carrots.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Garnish with chopped green onion before serving.
Notes
- For best results, use day-old rice.
- Feel free to add additional vegetables like bell peppers or corn.
