Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the corn, cherry tomatoes, red onion, turkey bacon, and cilantro.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until well combined.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour before serving.
