Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the corn, cherry tomatoes, red onion, turkey bacon, and cilantro.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until well combined.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can grill the corn before adding it to the salad.
