Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Wash and slice the potatoes thinly.
- Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble it.
- In a baking dish, layer potato slices, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and drizzle with cream.
- Add crumbled turkey bacon and top with cheddar cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden.
Notes
- Let the dish sit for a few minutes before serving for easier slicing.
- You can substitute different types of cheese for variety.
