- 1 package frozen hashbrowns
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together frozen hashbrowns, cheddar cheese, sour cream, onion, turkey bacon, cream of chicken soup, melted butter, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a creamier texture, add more sour cream.
- You can use regular bacon instead of turkey bacon if preferred.
