Ingredients

- 1 bunch collard greens
- 1 green apple
- 1 cucumber
- 1 lemon
- 1 inch ginger
- ½ cup water
Instructions
- Wash the collard greens thoroughly and remove the stems.
- Cut the green apple and cucumber into smaller pieces.
- Peel the lemon and ginger.
- Add all the ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth, adding water as needed.
- Strain the juice using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For a sweeter juice, add more apple.
- For a spicier kick, add more ginger.
