- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Let it cool and crumble it into pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, turkey bacon, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and olives.
- Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all ingredients.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add any additional vegetables you like, such as bell peppers or spinach.
- This salad can be made a day in advance for a more flavorful dish.
