Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour a coffin-shaped cake pan.

- In another bowl, whisk together oil, eggs, vanilla, and buttermilk.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Once baked, allow to cool completely before decorating.
