Instructions

  2. In another bowl, whisk the milk, egg, melted butter, and brewed coffee.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in the batter to form pancakes.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
