Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together peanut butter, sugar, and egg until well combined.
- Add baking soda and salt, stirring until incorporated.
- Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet, flattening them slightly with a fork.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- For a softer cookie, bake for a shorter time.
- Feel free to add chocolate chips for extra sweetness.
