- 2 lobster tails
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Gruyere cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped shallots
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into small pieces.
- Boil the lobster tails until cooked, then remove the meat and chop it into pieces.
- In a saucepan, combine cream, shallots, Dijon mustard, and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens.
- Stir in the chopped lobster and turkey bacon.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with grated Gruyere cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.

- For a richer flavor, use fresh lobster if available.
