Instructions

- In another bowl, whisk egg, milk, butter, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Preheat the waffle iron and pour batter into it.
- Cook until golden brown and crisp.
- For the whipped cream, beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and cinnamon until soft peaks form.
- Serve waffles hot topped with cinnamon whipped cream.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg to the batter.
- Serve with maple syrup for added sweetness.
