  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
  3. Stir in the melted butter, then mix in the baking soda and salt.
  4. Add the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract, and mix thoroughly.
  5. Finally, mix in the flour until just combined.
  6. In a small bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon for the swirl.
  7. Pour half of the batter into the loaf pan, sprinkle with half of the cinnamon mixture, and repeat with the remaining batter and cinnamon mix.
  8. Use a knife to swirl the batter lightly.
  9. Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
