- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, cilantro, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Add the shrimp to the marinade and let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and cooked through.
- In another bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, salt, and pepper to make the slaw.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
- Assemble the tacos by placing the shrimp in the tortillas and topping with creamy slaw.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
