- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk, warmed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup raspberry preserves
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- Mix in melted butter and eggs.
- Gradually add flour and salt, kneading until smooth.
- Cover and let rise in a warm area for 1 hour.
- Roll out dough and spread raspberry preserves and chocolate chips on top.
- Roll the dough and cut into buns. Place in a greased baking dish.
- Let rise again for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add vanilla extract to the dough.
