Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the warm milk and yeast; let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. In another bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Add melted butter, eggs, and the yeast mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread raspberry jam and chopped chocolate on top.
  5. Roll the dough tightly and slice into buns. Place them on a baking sheet and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool before serving.
