- 1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs

- 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, melted
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; add sugar and vanilla, mixing well.
- Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the melted chocolate.
- Pour the filling over the crust in the pan.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes until the center is set.
- Let it cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
