  • 4 large eggs
  • 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, melted
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; add sugar and vanilla, mixing well.
  5. Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the melted chocolate.
  7. Pour the filling over the crust in the pan.
  8. Bake for 55-60 minutes until the center is set.
  9. Let it cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
