- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil

- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil until combined.
- Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider mixing in walnuts or pecans.
