Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add heavy cream and vanilla extract, then whip until fluffy.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and cocoa powder.
- Spread the cream mixture over the pre-baked pie crust.
- Top with cherries and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a richer chocolate flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
