Ingredients
Scale
- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g sugar
- 300ml heavy cream
- 150ml brewed coffee
- 4 eggs
- 2g gelatin
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F).
- Melt the dark chocolate and allow it to cool.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together sugar and eggs until creamy.
- Add in the cooled chocolate and brewed coffee, mixing until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold it into the chocolate mixture.
- Soak the gelatin in cold water, then dissolve in a small amount of warm coffee. Mix it into the batter.
- Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate until set.
- Once firm, remove from the mold and serve with a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use espresso instead of regular coffee.
- Top with whipped cream for an extra indulgent treat.
