Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 100g sugar
  • 300ml heavy cream
  • 150ml brewed coffee
  • 4 eggs
  • 2g gelatin

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F).
  2. Melt the dark chocolate and allow it to cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together sugar and eggs until creamy.
  4. Add in the cooled chocolate and brewed coffee, mixing until smooth.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold it into the chocolate mixture.
  6. Soak the gelatin in cold water, then dissolve in a small amount of warm coffee. Mix it into the batter.
  7. Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate until set.
  8. Once firm, remove from the mold and serve with a drizzle of chocolate sauce.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use espresso instead of regular coffee.
  • Top with whipped cream for an extra indulgent treat.
