- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup chipotle ranch dressing
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup black beans
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Marinate the chicken breasts in chipotle ranch dressing for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Warm the tortillas on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble the burrito by layering rice, black beans, corn, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and sliced chicken in each tortilla.
- Roll up the tortilla tightly, tucking in the ends as you go.
- Serve with additional chipotle ranch dressing if desired.
Notes
- For spicier burritos, add sliced jalapeños or hot sauce.
