Instructions
- In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water until smooth.
- Slowly add the cornstarch mixture to the broth, stirring continuously.
- Beat the eggs in a separate bowl, then slowly drizzle into the boiling broth while stirring.
- Add green onions, salt, and pepper, and stir well.
- Cook for another minute, then remove from heat and serve.
