- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add marinated beef to the skillet and cook until browned.
- Add broccoli florets and beef broth. Stir to combine and cook until broccoli is tender.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add some sesame oil to the dish.
- Serve with steamed rice for a complete meal.
