- 1 pound shrimp
- 2 limes (juiced)
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 avocado (diced)
- 1 mango (diced)
- 1/4 cup red onion (diced)
- 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate shrimp in lime juice and chili powder for 15 minutes.
- Sauté shrimp in a pan over medium heat until pink and cooked through.
- In a bowl, combine avocado, mango, red onion, cilantro, salt, and pepper to make salsa.
- Serve shrimp in bowls topped with salsa.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add garlic to the shrimp marinade.
- This bowl can be served with rice or quinoa.
