Ingredients

- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Place a small spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Damp the edges of the wrapper with water, fold, and seal them tightly.
- In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat and add sliced mushrooms and chopped green onions. Sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Carefully add the wontons and cook for about 5-7 minutes or until they are cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add some chili oil before serving.
- Add more vegetables like bok choy or spinach for added nutrition.
