Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy.
- Add the onion, carrots, celery, and garlic; sauté until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the chicken broth, shredded chicken, thyme, and rosemary.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper before serving.
