Instructions
- Pound the chicken breasts to even thickness.
- Coat the chicken in flour and shake off excess.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the chicken until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken and add chicken broth, lemon juice, and capers to the skillet.
- Simmer sauce for a minute, then return chicken to the pan to coat with sauce.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
