- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup white wine

Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside.
- Add garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in white wine and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and thyme, then return the chicken to the skillet.
- Simmer for an additional 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve warm.
