- 8 ounces pasta of choice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
- Add garlic and spinach; sauté until spinach is wilted.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet; mix until evenly coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
Notes
- This dish can be made with regular bacon if preferred.
- For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
