- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup enchilada sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, half of the enchilada sauce, half of the cheese, onions, cumin, and garlic powder.
- Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll them up.
- Place the rolled tortillas in a baking dish and pour the remaining enchilada sauce on top.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the sauce.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
- Serve with sour cream and fresh cilantro for added flavor.
- You can substitute shredded beef or beans for chicken.
