Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and chop.
- In the same skillet, add sliced chicken, bell pepper, and onion. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until chicken is no longer pink and vegetables are tender.
- Sprinkle chopped turkey bacon and provolone cheese over the top. Cover and let melt.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- For lower calories, use less cheese.
- Can be made with leaner cuts of chicken if preferred.
