Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy, then set aside.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and diced chicken. Cook until browned.
- Add garlic, salt, and pepper, and cook for another minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add parmesan cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
- Add the cooked pasta and bacon, and toss to combine.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor.
- For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
