- 2 slices of whole grain bread
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 ripe avocado, mashed
- 2 slices of turkey bacon, cooked
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, avocado, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture on one slice of bread and top with turkey bacon and cheese.
- Place the other slice of bread on top to form a sandwich.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the sandwich for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Slice and serve warm.

- For added flavor, consider adding some sliced tomatoes or lettuce.
