- 1 chicken breast
- 1 avocado
- 2 slices of turkey bacon
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 slice cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the turkey bacon until crispy and set aside.
- In the same pan, cook the chicken breast until fully cooked, seasoning with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toast the bread slices.
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer the cooked chicken, avocado slices, cheddar cheese, and turkey bacon on the bread.
- Top with the second slice of bread, mayo side down.
- Grill the sandwich until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
- Slice in half and serve.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some hot sauce or sliced jalapeños.
- Use whole grain bread for a healthier option.
