Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 2 slices of turkey bacon
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy and set aside.
  2. In the same pan, cook the chicken breast until fully cooked, seasoning with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toast the bread slices.
  4. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
  5. Layer the cooked chicken, avocado slices, cheddar cheese, and turkey bacon on the bread.
  6. Top with the second slice of bread, mayo side down.
  7. Grill the sandwich until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.
  8. Slice in half and serve.
