Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned.
- Add the carrots, celery, and onion. Sauté until the vegetables are tender.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the milk until just combined.
- Drop dumpling batter by spoonfuls into the boiling broth.
- Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until dumplings are cooked through.
