Instructions

- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Add eggs and milk, stirring until combined.
- Spoon the dumpling mixture into the boiling soup.
- Reduce heat and cover. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until dumplings are cooked through.
