  • 2 cups cooked rotini pasta
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  2. Add diced onion and garlic to the pot and sauté until translucent.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, rotini pasta, shredded chicken, and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes until heated through.
  6. Serve hot with extra Parmesan on top if desired.

Notes
