- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 6 cups rice cereal
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine the peanut butter, corn syrup, and sugar. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the rice cereal until evenly coated.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Melt the butterscotch and chocolate chips together. Spread over the cereal mixture.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- For a crunchier texture, use crunchy peanut butter instead of creamy.
- Feel free to add chopped nuts for extra flavor.
