Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Season the beef with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using, then stir in the cooked rotini pasta.
- Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
