Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the zucchinis into rounds and place them in a bowl.
- Add mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and olive oil; mix well.
- Arrange the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
