- 1 package Jiffy corn muffin mix

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sweet corn, sour cream, cheddar cheese, milk, melted butter, Jiffy mix, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden and set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- This casserole can be prepared a day in advance and baked before serving.
- Add jalapeños for a spicier version.
