Instructions
- Cook the rotini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced chicken and Cajun seasoning, cooking until chicken is no longer pink.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add the cooked pasta and shredded cheese, stirring until cheese melts and everything is well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
