Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
- Add the cheese, turkey bacon, bell pepper, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to the egg mixture, stirring until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce.
- This casserole can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge before baking.
