Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the BBQ sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat the chicken thighs in the mixture.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with foil.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until cooked through and caramelized.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra caramelization, broil the chicken for the last 2-3 minutes.
- Adjust BBQ sauce quantity as desired for sweetness.
