Ingredients

- 1 pound rigatoni pasta
- 1 pound steak tips
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add steak tips and season with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Cook steak tips until browned and cooked to your liking, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a separate saucepan, heat heavy cream over low heat. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked rigatoni and steak tips to the cheese sauce and mix until well coated.
- Serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add more Cajun seasoning or your favorite hot sauce.
- Leftovers can be reheated in the microwave or on the stovetop with a splash of cream.
