- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- 1 cup vegetable oil (for frying)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the chicken, buffalo sauce, and cheddar cheese.
- Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface and add a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center.
- Fold the wrapper over the filling and tuck in the sides, then roll it tightly.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the egg rolls until they are golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add more buffalo sauce to the filling.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
