- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Fold in turkey bacon and chicken ham.
- Heat a popper pan and pour batter into each mold.
- Cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve warm with syrup.
Notes
- For added flavor, mix in some vanilla extract.
- Can substitute turkey bacon with regular bacon if preferred.
