Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Add softened butter and mix until crumbly.
- In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and vanilla extract, then add to the dry ingredients.
- Fill cupcake liners with batter and bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Let them cool before filling with cream and topping with chocolate ganache.
