Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, whole milk, brewed coffee, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until the sugar dissolves.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Transfer the ice cream to a lidded container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Scoop and serve for a delicious coffee treat!
Notes
- For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso instead of brewed coffee.
- Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping.
