- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Stir in the melted butter.
- Add the baking soda and salt to the bowl.
- Mix in the sugar, egg, and vanilla.
- Finally, stir in the flour until just combined, then fold in the blueberries.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.
- Let it cool before slicing.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add chopped nuts to the batter.
- Make sure the bananas are very ripe for the best sweetness.
